We All Want a Life Well-Lived

A Life Well LivedWe all live with the objective of being happy; our lives are all different and yet the same. – Anne Frank

In my Managing Thought® workshops, whether I am with 6th graders, teenagers, college professors, CEOs, soccer moms, life coaches, spiritual teachers and people of different religions and ethnicities – everyone comes up with the same list of thoughts that aren’t working for them and the same list of what they truly want from a life well-lived.

Most everyone is surprised by this. Anne Frank would not have been surprised. And I am not surprised.

We are like snowflakes. We are each unique AND we are all snowflakes.

The next series of daily inspiration thoughts of the day are powerful statements and questions on creating a life well-lived.  There are three posts a day.

Follow or visit Managing Thought on Twitter or “like” Managing Thought on Facebook to receive them as they post or come back to this blog daily and view the Daily Inspiration on Twitter feed in the right-hand menu bar.

If you want to focus on creating a life well-lived, feel free to take the Managing Thought® How Do Your Thoughts Rule Your World? ®  Self Assessment. You can store your results, re-take the assessment, and do side-by-side comparisons to see just how much you have changed. You can also set a reminder to take it again, see how you are doing and choose what you want to focus on next.
